About WESAN

The West of England Seminars in Advanced Neurology (WESAN) is a neurology course which holds annually in Exeter, the historic English city in the scenic county of Devon. It is a highly-regarded long-standing neurology meeting which attracts speakers and delegates from across the United Kingdom and often from outside it. The course runs over two days with topics covering the whole range of neurology, and which address topical and practical subjects which are relevant to consultants and trainees alike.

Course Fees

WESAN is a 2-day course and you can choose to attend the complete course or just one day. There is an *optional course dinner on the evening of Thursday 23rd November.

Fees are as follows and include VAT:

Friday 24th November 1-day attendance	£160
*Course dinner Thursday 23rd November	Free for all paying delegates

*when registering please tick the relevant box to book your place at dinner otherwise we will assume you are not attending.

Fees include:

• Course attendance on the days you have selected.
• Refreshments and lunch each day.
• Course dinner on Thursday 23rd November (you must select this at time of booking).

Booking Terms and Conditions

• Fees include VAT and are payable by card at time of booking.
• Cancellation policy: Course fees are non refundable. We are however able to transfer bookings to a replacement person up to 5 working days before the event at no charge.
• Postponement by the organisers: In the event that WESAN is unable to go ahead on the dates specified, a new date will be set and all delegates will be contacted. If you are unable to attend on the new date, refunds will be offered. Cancellation by the organisers: If WESAN is cancelled completely, full refunds will be offered.

Accommodation

Accommodation is not included in the course fee. To book accommodation please contact the venue – see ‘Venue’ tab.
